The customer has the possibility to return to us 14 days from receipt of the order previously placed on our shop site, the items purchased for a refund or exchange.

L’Atelier does not accept the public – all parcels must be returned by post
The items from our shop that you wish to return must be returned intact in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels attached, unworn, unused, etc …), and ready to be remarketed in accordance with our standards, using the documents provided in the package. Do not hesitate to contact us at serviceclients@margerene.com to accompany you in your return process.
Any package returned after the prescribed period (14 days) will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks relating to the return of the Products are the responsibility of the sender.
Items that have not been collected at the point of delivery within the prescribed period (14 days) will be returned to MARGERENE and you will then be charged an amount corresponding to the costs incurred by this return.
The customer does not have to justify the reasons for his return or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and all potential customs duties.
MARGERENE cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the package. Packages for which the identification of the customer (surname, first name, address and return number) is not possible will be refused.
Upon receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Products by e-mail.
