How do I create my account?

To create your online account, simply fill in the required information in the corresponding fields. A confirmation email is sent to you afterwards and automatically.

How to stop receiving your newsletter?

Our newsletters are sent to present new ones, at your request and in accordance with Article 34 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you can exercise your right to access, modify, rectify or delete your personal information. When is the payment debited?

Your bank account will be debited at the time of validation of your order.

My payment is refused, what should I do?

Check that the credit card used is a MasterCard, Visa or Amex, the name entered and the corresponding data.

Or are your items made?

From the first sketch to the realization of the product, we manufacture in France (South-West and West)

How do I modify or cancel my order once validated?
